Need Recipes

Hi,
I'm sure I am making a mistake or two with this, but will give it a try.
Recipes - I liked 2 in the latest Dierberg's book - the idea of putting casserole's in aluminum pans for freezing - why didn't I think of that. The other is a tortelini (sp) soup. - They also show how a group can get together and fix several meals!
